40–80W All-in-One Solar Street Light
The R.3001–R.3003 series combines an LED luminaire, monocrystalline solar panel, LiFePO4 battery and intelligent controller in one integrated unit. Standalone solar operation brings lighting to roads and outdoor areas where grid connections are difficult to arrange.
Choose 40W, 60W or 80W LED power, with MPPT charging control, automatic day/night detection and configurable lighting schedules. Match the solar and battery configuration to the project location and required operating hours.

Integrated Solar Power & Intelligent Lighting

Monocrystalline Solar Panel in an Integrated Unit
The solar panel sits above the luminaire, bringing energy generation and road lighting into a compact all-in-one assembly. The system operates independently of the grid, reducing the need for grid power cabling to each lighting point.
Select panel and battery sizing for the available sunlight, seasonal conditions and nightly energy demand.

LiFePO4 Storage and MPPT Energy Management
A lithium iron phosphate battery stores solar energy for nighttime operation. MPPT control manages solar charging, while temperature compensation adjusts charging and discharging parameters.
Battery capacity, system voltage and battery charging temperature limits must be confirmed for the selected configuration and installation climate.

Automatic Night Lighting with Scheduled Output
The controller detects day and night automatically and supports adjustable lighting duration from 1 to 15 hours. Configurable output stages help match energy use to the required nighttime schedule.
An example schedule runs at 100% for 3 hours, 50% for 4 hours and 30% for 5 hours. Rainy-day backup depends on the selected battery, available solar energy and operating profile.

Die-Cast Housing for Outdoor Installation
The aluminum alloy die-cast housing has an electrostatic spray finish, with IP66 ingress protection, IK08 impact resistance and WF1 corrosion protection specified for the series.
Controller protections include overload, short circuit, reverse polarity, reverse discharge, undervoltage and overcharge protection. Optional surveillance and cloud/IoT integration can be reviewed for individual projects.
Optical Distribution
R.3001 and R.3002 list Type II and Type III optical options; R.3003 lists Type II. The diagram above shows the original Type II curve. Confirm the selected optics against pole height, road width, spacing and required lighting levels.
Solar Street Lighting for Roads and Remote Sites
Integrated solar lighting suits outdoor routes where grid access or cable installation is difficult. Review solar exposure, seasonal weather and the lighting layout before selecting a configuration.
Rural Roads
Standalone lighting for village roads and connecting routes. Match the operating schedule and backup capacity to local conditions.
Industrial Parks
Road and circulation lighting for industrial sites. Coordinate luminaire output and spacing with vehicle and pedestrian routes.
New Development Areas
Solar lighting for new urban areas where electrical infrastructure may still be developing. Plan panel exposure and pole locations together.
Mountain and Pastoral Areas
Lighting for remote access routes and dispersed outdoor sites where extending grid power can be difficult. Size energy storage for the seasonal solar resource.
